* If you feel the call to serve the Lord, through the Eucharist, being an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion is one of the ways to do so.

Requirements:

– You will need to take training conducted by the Diocese of Camden, which the Parish Priest will need to officially accept you to properly begin your transformation into a Eucharistic Minister. Training will be renewed every 3 years.

Qualities of a Good Eucharistic Minister:

– Be a member of the church, attending mass regularly

– Be a proclaimer of the Word and an example to others

– Have completed sacraments and seriously take to their needs

– Carry yourself well, holding yourself responsible for being a good Catholic-Christian
